Syncing issues

I am unable to use CC library across different platforms because it keeps giving me an error that I don’t have access to it. But it was working alright till last week. Tried updating and rebooting, didn’t work. Checked with IT person at my organisation, he said licensing looks ok. Then what could be the issue?
