The service at Adobe is a shame

I have a Creative Suite Membership which includes Business Catalyst. They took my website down by mistake and I can't get any service to fix that. They should be ashamed to offer such a service.

 

I estimate that I lost over $10,000 of business revenue because nobody cares. I believe we should be proud of our work. At Adobe they should be ashamed of their service.
