Please tell me that someone has solved the "Sorry this page can't be found" message I'm getting from Creative Cloud

Thanks for replying.  The link is on the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App above the above the icons for Photoshop, Lightroom CC, Camera Raw, etc.  The link is to a tutorial re using Lightroom/Photoshop together.  95% of the time I get the "can't be found" error when I click the link.  However, today's offering is a link to starting a portfolio-it opens just fine.  I'm fairly new to Photoshop, therefore the tutorial links are important to me-especially the ones offerred on the Desktop App narrated by a female.  She's really good and I prefer her training to some of the other methods.  Thanks
