Trouble with verifying subscription status

My whole Adobe package is not launching, a message that says its having trouble "veryfiying my subscription status" pops up. These are the following things i have done however it still does not work.

  •  re-installing 
  • access control panel 
  • synced and unsynced the time with internet connection 
  • tried various internet connections 
  •  tried the credential manager service 
  • re-launching adobe creative 
  • re-starting my software 
  •  followed adobe's step in the link given in the pop up
