Since weeks we are in contact with Adobe as we were forced to move from Managed services to shared services.
This migration is done, but since migration started new users are unable to choose a sync file location anymore, meaning after installation of the Creative cloud APP
you get a window (see attachment) "Choose sync location" but everything is grade out, only thing you can do is quit !!
Adobe is already working for weeks on it but still no result.
Anyone who has experienced the same problems ?
We have it on different version of CC app.
