Since yesterday, I have been unable to 'restore' my archived file. Contacting Adobe through chat produced no help and I was referred to the phone support. Phone Support had me on hold for "45-55 minutes" and I finally cut my losses, hoping that it would *somehow* start workig today (sigh). However, today at least when it still doesn't work there is an error message. Can anyone help, since Adobe Help seems to be shuffling me around and not addressing the problem?

This forum is a better place to get an answer to this question.
Can you be more specific about the issue you are having:
- are you going to the "Archived" files section on assets.adobe.com and the file is listed there?
- you then select the file and the "Restore" action?
- what is the error message you are getting? (attach a screenshot, if possible)
