Unable to share an Adobe Illustrator file from the Adobe Creative Cloud iPhone App

I keep getting the 'Unable to complete your request.' Error. Also it seems like it's stuck downloading the file. Very small file. I don't need the AI file on my phone so that's fine, but I need to be able to send a link to the file.
