Updating OS system, do I need to delete CC

Updating my OS High Sierra to Mojave. Was wondering if I need to delete CC photography Sub & apps to complete this process

Probably not. But if you run into any problems after upgrading your OS, use the Adobe Cleaner tools to wipe old apps from your system. Restart computer and then re-install Creative Cloud.
