THE LATEST UPDATES(CREATIVE CLOUD) DOES NOT ALLOW ME TO UPLOAD AND DOWNLOAD AS EASILY AS BEFORE. THERE IS NO LONGER A FOLDER TO DO THIS AS IT WAS BEFORE??? I MEAN, A FILE ON THE DESKTOP WHERE FILES CAN BE DRAGGED.

open the cc desktop app and click file>preferences>syncing and select or create a sync folder (on your desktop, if that's what you want)>
