There are two ways to upload files into CC Assets (assets.adobe.com):

1)  Select Files filter on left nav bar and then Upload from Actions menu in upper right.

2)  Place files in "Creative Cloud Files" folder on your desktop system and launch the Creative Cloud desktop app to sync these files to your cloud storage.

For more information, see Creative Cloud Help | Browse, sync, and manage assets.

Thanks,
Elba
