Video shared publicly in Creative Cloud not working

I upload video to Creative Cloud and share it with clients to get feedback.  Done it a hundred times without any issues.  For whatever reason it no longer works.  I've tried re-uploading, different browsers, different machines - get the same results - a blank/empty video player.   Any help?
