We've been having files "disappear" from Creative Cloud. Anyone else? Known issues?

Once you are logged in, checked under the Archived folder.
as well as checking Archive online, can you look in your local Trash/Recycle Bin folder and let me know if you see your assets there?
Also, when you say we, does this mean you're collaborating on folders and others are seeing the same issue?
Yes, files are in Trash bin. I there going to be a fix for this soon?
Also, could you tell me how Archive on CC works? Do we need to archive manually, and if so, how?
At present, our Archive folder has only 2 documents in it, from the first day on CC. Please advise.

Same happened to me and my team: Files are getting deleted from creative cloud
Same is happening to me...Going to probably have to stop using Creative Cloud for storage after all the breaking bugs over the past two months. It's just not to be considered a backup solution and definitely not reliable collaborative storage.
