What happened to file download option when sharing creative cloud assets?

Previously when sharing creative cloud assets with an outside user they had an option of what file type to download.

Say I uploaded an .ai file, they had the option of downloading a .pdf or .jpeg. This option is no longer available and only dowloading the original file.

Is there a way to turn this option back on?
