We would like to hear your opinions with our sad story with Magezon.com
We did buy your Ninja Menus Module on January 22th, 2021. Order # 000003588. Cost USD 169.
After placing order we asked for a customization service using the following ways:
So we decide to open a Dispute Case on Paypal with same results, Magezon never answer.
Thinking innocently, we cancel the Paypal Dispute to see if this way Magezon help us this time.
We have had great experience with Magento Companies from Vietnam like Mageplaza and Mage-World, but Magezon has been a nightmare an a terrible experience for us.
Finally we asked for a refund to get another Mega Menu solution and Guess What ?
Magezon did not answer.

Thanks for your help, I did try that.
Last Try from Magezon.com was to send us a Fake Paypal refund slipt....How can be this people an Adobe Partner ?

i'm in no position to adjudicate this.
if you think you're being defrauded, dispute the charge(s) with your credit card complany.
you can also complain to the bbb where Magezon.com is headquartered and complain to the attorneys general in your state and Magezon.com home state.

I don't understand. This is an Adobe product community How is this related to Adobe or Magento for that matter?
Magento is an eCommerce platform.
Magezon appears to be a 3rd party extension developer, totally separate from Adobe or Magento. I don't know but this seems like apples and alligators to me.
BTW: Adobe NEVER uses Skype to communicate with their customers. Do not delay. Demand a refund from PayPal today!
