Whatever i do my xd files aways change to zip in to my adobe cretive cloud files

Sorry to hear about your difficulties. A few questions to better understand.

• Are you on Windows or Mac and what version thereof?
• Are you saving to the Creative Cloud Files folder from XD on your computer?
• Do you have the latest version of XD?

I have the same problem!

my other problem and that I can not delete the files from the recycle bin on the adobe cc web.

Seconded.  In addition to the XD->ZIP file thing (which has only happened rarely) I too cannot permanently delete any XD files from my Deleted folder.
