When I select pause sync, the internet is fine.  I read somewhere to try to port forwarding.  I am not very familiar with port forwarding.  I have taken a screen shot of my router screen and I have the information but don't know which fields to put it in to.  Would like some assistance with it.

Hi,

i am sorry you are having some issues with using Creative Cloud.

The following host/port combinations may need to be whitelisted when logging in with an Adobe ID to download, install, and activate licensing for applications via a Creative Cloud membership.

  • ccmdls.adobe.com:443
  • ims-prod06.adobelogin.com:443
  • na1r.services.adobe.com:443
  • prod-rel-ffc-ccm.oobesaas.adobe.com:443
  • lm.licenses.adobe.com:443
  • ccmdl.adobe.com:80
  • swupmf.adobe.com:80
  • swupdl.adobe.com:80

The above information is to enable Creative Cloud to operate without an issues, however, there may be some other issue with your setup thats not taken into account that is causing your connection to drop some reason, do you have the same issue for other cloud services?.

Thanks

Warner

Hello Warner,

Here are some answer to your questions and I have one too.

The following host/port combinations may need to be whitelisted when logging in with an Adobe ID to download, install, and activate licensing for applications via a Creative Cloud membership.

-How does one add to whitelists?

do you have the same issue for other cloud services?.

-Dropbox and Icloud sync fine no errors.

Cheers

Micheal
