Where are my files

Was working and suddenly found missing links on my file, when checking my creative cloud folder that i'm working from, all files are gone!

From 25G used to 0.1%

We are a an international agency who trusted the cloud and were using it for a year now, went through some troubles, but this is the worse that can happen.

We need the files, days of work worth a lot!

Please tell me that we can get the files recovered.

I'm sorry to hear about this, could someone else have deleted them that was logged into the same Adobe iD? Your files are always kept in the Archived section of the Creative Cloud website, even after you delete from the desktop client. You can find them there and restore them.

Could you also send me the following information so we can better look into this issue for you.
