Where did my files go when I downloaded Creative Cloud.

none of your files were moved.

I'm taking about the files on my desktop when I click on the folder they're

empty

again, the cc app doesn't move/remove/delete/uninstall any files on your desktop, or elsewhere.

in addition, your desktop folder may have been a shortcut to a folder, or the files in your desktop folder may have been shortcuts to your files.  so, search your computer (using your file search) for your missing files.  also, check your trash for your missing files.
