Which hardware CPU and GPU works well with Adobe CC?

I am thinking about building a new PC. 

As for the CPU I wanted to buy a AMD Threadripper 3960x, and for the GPU the RTX2080 Ti. Will this hardware work well with Adobe, or would you suggest different components?
