Why Creative Cloud links (to a video) don't play back on iPhone?

I have several video files for a project I'm working on, which include a long cut (10mins) and a social cutdown (45s) - both saved on my Adobe Creative Cloud account.

When I share the links with people to review, they are only able to play the video files from a desktop or Android mobile device. Those with an iPhone are unable to play the video. The link loads, taking them to the Adobe CC video player, they press play and get a white screen - see attached image.

This has been the case of iPhone 5 / 7 / 7+ / 8 models.

Playback is fine on Android phone OnePlus 6 and various Samsung phones.

Suggestions?
