Hi Robin Nichols‌,

Could you help me clarify a few things for me? Did you rename a single file and found that you had several duplicates? How much of your storage quota had you previously been using?

Please follow these steps to delete the duplicate set of files and free up storage quota.

1. Delete the unwanted files from your computer.

2. Click 'View on web' in the Files panel of the Creative Cloud desktop app.

3. On the website, click 'Archived' under 'Files', then click 'Empty archive'.
