I moved this from Licensing to Creative Cloud Services.
If you log-out of your Creative Cloud account or re-start your computer, you'll be asked to log-in again. That's expected. However repeated requests for log-in are not normal. Something may be wrong on your end.
1. Do you have more than one Adobe account?
2. Which operating system and version # do you have?
