Why the 'unknown by' title and my user name displayed for shared links?

My question relates to shared public links from CC by my team.

Every public link shows my user name, which I changed from my name to our company name.

Why does every links state the title 'unknown by' next to my user name, has there been an update to the UI for shared links because last time I looked the screen design was very black and not white. The new white UI isn't as user friendly as the previous one, graphics don't fit the screen and you have to scroll down through items.

Can anyone shed any light on this for me?

Creative cloud links now also rename when downloaded from shared public link. See image below showing file in cloud and then on my desktop the same file downloaded from a CC shared public link.

This is a major issue for my team, we are now having to use MS Onedrive, Dropbox or even email to send files out.

I've logged with Adobe, but no progress or fix from them yet.

I'm starting to get really concerned with Adobe Support.

I have had two people from Adobe contact me, and neither of them of them have given me any updates.

Ref: Gurdeep Singh <gusingh@adobe.com> & Akash Dwivedi <akdwived@adobe.com>

Currently my whole team (20 users) is still having issues with public links using Adobe CC.

Does anyone have a fix?
