I have been sharing folders on my creative cloud in order for clients to download images after shoots. I just got an email from two of them saying they couldn't download any more. One of the galleries I was able to take offline and put back on with success. The other one I just found out about and I am traveling. It's a large gallery (4+gigs) so I cannot do this remotely or quickly. Is there a way to fix this? I am not over my storage limit on CC as I thought that could be an issue.

Hi Ryan, Kindly let us know if there is any message stating sync failed or anything or that sort. Are all the files uploaded properly?
Here is what you can try: Error: "Unable to sync files"
Please reply once you have tried the steps mentioned in the link above.
