My files are failing to sync to CC, so I headed to the website to find out more. I'm getting the following error:

You’ve reached your storage limit of 0! You won’t be able to add files to your Creative Cloud Assets until you have more storage available.

To add more space, you can permanently delete the files in your “Deleted” folder.

Don't I get 2GB of storage with the free plan?

Hi,

Thanks for reporting the issue.

Would you be able to collect and upload log files from your system?

Here is a link to an article about the tool with a link to download it.

Log Collector Tool

The tool will create a zip file on the desktop of all the log files. Please could you send us your logs (punaggar@adobe.com) using the tool.

Engineering may have some additional questions but this will help us get started.

Thanks,

Puneet Aggarwal
