2 Adobe IDs - Epubs imported using 1st ID but forgot PWD - Tablet doesn't accept book

I bought 2 epubs 2 days ago, using an old Adobe-ID ...@chapitre.com - I forgot the password - How can I get it back ? Is it possible to access that address ? Does it really exist ? I now want to read those epubs on my Samsung tablet using another userid, but the system always asks me my ID @ chapitre.com and my PWD which I don't have anymore ! How can I solve that problem ? I would appreciate your help very much. (...I wish I could read the ebooks I bought on chapitre.com Thanks very much in advance. Annie

Thanks very much for your answer, but it still does not work. I cannot reset password because it seems the backup adddress I gave to receive informatio is not valid ! What else can I do please ? Thanks in advance. Annie
