Downloading to my computer (windows 8) works fine.
Connecting my Nook to my computer (and authorizing) works fine.
Transferring the digital book seems to go fine.
Attempting to open the digital book produces an error code "Loan token not found".
What am I missing?

I had same problem last year and it was a because Overdrive did an update that wasn't compatible with Barnes and Noble. It took them weeks to fix it, had to wait for B&N to do an update on my Nook glowlight. I would call B&N support, at least they're willing to help you unlike the Adobe people.
