accessing my adobe digital editions ebook download on another computer

So I downloaded an ebook on adobe digital editions which I already authorized using my adobe ID, i want to view the ebook on another computer how do i do this? Do I have to download adobe digital editions on the other computer or can UI simply access it over the internet?

Digital Edition download and install.

Authorize Digital Edition with your Adobe ID.

Download the eBook from the website of the your Reader or the old device (My Digital Edition)

Then can open it on the new device.
