account activtion count reset

Hi there, I need to reset my accounts activation count. Do  to some trouble with my e-reader I apparently used up all the availabe activations.
If somebody could help me, please?

I had this issue a few days ago and I was able to solve it more speedily by using the chat service. Not everyone on support is able/willing to reset the devices, though, and I was sent to the forum the first time as well. I was lucky on the third try.
