Good morning, thanking you for being there for us.... it is another service of yours that redirected us to you, since I never used this service before, I am a bit leary and unconfortable ... therefor, bare with me.  Here is our problem, since the  recent purchase of another READER we have tried to download with ADOBE DIGITAL EDITION 4.5 as in the past with my spouse's READER's coordonates, unfortunately it did work then , now it doesn't anymore. To able me to download from my computor, I was suggested to open my own ADOBE account which I did,  at this email address:  aevermette@outlook.com      since then nothing works.  My spouse's email address for ADOBE is:   andrechalifour8@gmail.com  I think their is confusion with our email address's between Adobe and us ??  we need for you to validate our emails address's belonging to each of our account for each of  our READERS.  I have spent the last 2 hours exchanging messages thru Messenger with Stephanie at Adobe, hoping that you will be able to solve our problem, if need be,  you can call us, let us know I will give you our number, we are in Montréal.
