ADE 4.5.8 crashing or not responding on new Windows 10 1803

Have reinstalled several times to no avail. Whn attempting to copy an '.epub' from ADE to my Kobo Aura One, the copy function freezes and will not complete. Issue has only appeared since the new Win 10 1803 installation.

Any and all help appreciated.

Has you try a older version of ADE?

To be more clear with the issue - the copy to KOBO reader function freezes the program and/or goes to 'Not responding' immediately upon cliking send to device. I have tried 3 different version of ADE 4.5.2, 4.5.7, and 4.5.8 pluse the older 3.0 ADE. All respond in a similar way.

Has you all Version installed on the same device?

I remove/uninstall each version of ADE and reboot my PC before installing a new/different version. So, only one version of ADE exists on my PC at one time.

Anyone solved this issue.  I have reinstalled the older version but to no avail.  Keeps freezing.
