ADE can't authorize?

Hello!

I bought 2 books from a vendor and got 2 acsm files. So I wanted to authorize my computer. Problem is that the login on the MacOs Version takes forever and at the end it's just not successful (no error message). I tried logging in on the iOS app (login there is succesful) but my problem is to bring the acsm books to my account in the first place which is not possible via iphone app. I tried both: loggin in via Adobe ID or do a local authorization without login. On both it does not finish at any time (I've tried it for 20 hours, I think it's not gonna make it).

Any fix? I read on the internet that Adobe cancel support for ADE? But how am I able to access those books without ADE then?
