ADE crashes and the book is not transferred

I have a new nook. Have downloaded and installed and authorized ADE. When I double click a .acsm link the book loads to ADE. When I drag the book to my nook, I get the little green plus sign and the dialog comes up saying it is preparing the file, then ADE crashes and the book is not transferred. I am on an iMac, Yosemite 10.10.2 if that matters

I’m working on an iMac. Where would I find the crash-log?

When the App crashes, You will get the report option. If you open that, you will find the crashlogs.

Otherwise,

You can follow the following steps:

open Console App

In the left side pane, select "User Diagnostic Reports".

Under this, you will find report(s) like "Adobe Digital Editions_2015_*.crash" report.

Please send the logs from that report.

Hi Sorry for the delay getting back to you. been trying to figure it out on my own. Still no luck… So

Here are two of the crash logs from the console app (no option for report on when ADE crashes). I am also including a screen shot of the most recent crashes shown by the console app and one of a typical error message.

Some of the crashes have been fixed in this release.
