Please help asap!!!

A download error is occurring with an .ACSM (Adobe Content Server Message) file I'm trying to open.

An e-book actually. For my studies.

Another .ACSM e-book has downloaded & opened successfully. How not this other one also?

Error message: " error with file.JPG "
