I just borrowed books and tried to sideload them onto my nook. I followed all of the instructions, only to get the error message "Loan token update failed. Please turn on Wi-Fi and connect to a network to continue." I am connected to Wi-Fi. Reached out to Adobe, got punted over to B&N. Reached out to B&N, got punted back to Adobe, only to be told that there is no customer support because it's an end of life product. Would've been nice if someone had mentioned that when I first reached out.
Has anyone had any success at all in resolving this issue?
