ADE Windows 10, exception at launch

So windows 10, latest version.

I deleted the My Editions folder in My Documents, didn't fix it.

Downloaded the latest installer and ran it again, also delete the My Editions folder, didn't fix it.

Went into local and remove the profile data files in there, didn't fix it.

Looking in the events logger it is throwing an exception at imageload

PS this forum doesn't work in Edge and the page just constantly reloads. Works fine in Firefox though.
