Adobe bleibt nach Start hängen

Nachdem ich Adobe geöffnet habe und einen download starte tut sich nichts und der Rechner bleibt hängen. Ich muss dann den Rechnet neu starten.

Es ist mir gelungen zwei Bücher aus der Onleihe zu laden. Aber dann ging nichts mehr.
