Adobe Digital Edition v4.5.1 Page Scrolling Problem

New Here ,

I have a page scrolling problem during epub view in ADE v4.5.1,

When I scrolling next page, not display actual page, always the first page is displayed

Kindly refer to the below screen shot for details

My PC configuration refer to the below screen shot for details

Please Kindly advise how to solve this problem
