Adobe Digital Editions 4.5 Video Poster Frame Not Showing on Ipad

Hi, I've been releasing ebooks with embedded videos that include poster frames for a year.  They all worked fine until recently I encountered a problem on Ipads: the Video Poster Frame no longer appears, just a Play symbol on a blank screen where the image should be.  It seems that it's either related to a) release of Adobe Digital Editions 4.5, or, b) some change Apple made - IOS update perhaps - but that seems doubtful as ADE is the player).

Does anyone have any suggestions for how to resolve this?

Are you able to see the poster image on Win or Mac 4.5?

Yes, they are fine on both Win and Mac with ADE 4.5.
