Ik heb een zakelijk Adobe-account. Nu heb ik Adobe Digital Editions op mijn Mac gedownload en geïnstalleerd. maar hij onthoudt alleen de studentenlicentie van 15 jaar geleden waarvan ik het wachtwoord niet meer heb en er is ook geen optie om het wachtwoord opnieuw op te vragen.
Hoe los ik dit op? De Adobe-ondersteuning helpt niet. Ik kom hier gewoon niet verder...
Een uur in de chat gezeten maar die kunnen ook niet helpen.
Is er een manier om dit programma te verwijderen en dat er geen link meer is van een oud account en opniew te installeren?
I have an Adobe business account. Now I have downloaded and installed Adobe Digital Editions on my Mac. but it only remembers the student license from 15 years ago for which I no longer have the password and there is no option to retrieve the password.
How do I solve this? Adobe support doesn't help. I just can't get any further here...

Is there a way to uninstall this program and remove the link from an old account and reinstall it?
