Hi, I need help with my account. I'm trying to connect my amazon kindle e-reader with the Adobe Digital Editions but the programme do not recognize the e-reader. What can I do? Thanks!

Unfortunately the Kindle uses a different format from ADE. You can either source books in Amazon's own .azw format or use a program like calibre to convert .epub books to .mobi which the kindle should be able to read.
