Adobe digital editions wont let me activate my license on my bought book

Hello, hope yall doing well. I have this issue where it doesnt let me redeem my book license bc "somebody" else redeemed it. Thing is that it worked fine at first but after needing a complete new windows 11 install and after doing that it started giving me that issue. I have the same exact ID and password so it should not give me this prompt , bc its the same exact account. Pls fix it i need this book for school
