I have my user address and it is not allowing my .acm files to viewthe error is E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER

What is this? I am fed up

If I use new laptop and using my old / original email address that was my Id to login then why I can't see my .acsm files
