I just had my adobe digital edtiotion download it. I dont undestand how come i cant log into my account. it keeps popping up a msg saying, the vendor account is not associated with the item you are trying to open.I already tried to reset my password. it seems still not working

Hi I get the same error message only in dutch.

Ik have a working Adobe Account with my adobe cloud apps in it.

Now i have bought an ebook al Bol.com with an .acsm file to the book, but i cannot login to Adobe Digital Editions
