I am getting so frustrated! I have been reading library books on my Kobo for over two years - now I get a message saying "OOPS THIS DOCUMENT COULDN'T BE OPENED. THE DOCUMENT IS PROTECTED BY ADOBE DIGITAL RIGHTS MANAGEMENT AND IS NOT AUTHORIZED FOR USE WITH YOUR ADOBE ID. PLEASE SIGN IN WITH THE AUTHORIZED ADOBE ID AND TRY AGAIN" I haven't changed anything I've been doing. I've logged out, logged back in - lost some of the books I've bought for my Kobo. I've talked to the Kobo people, but haven't been able to contact adobe. Anyone else having this problem and can it be fixed? Why doesn't ADOBE have a phone contact!!!

I am having the same problem trying to transfer ebooks borrowed from the library onto my Sony ereader. I chatted to customer services and they just gave me the link to the forum and nobody has been able to give an answer to this problem.
