Adobe Digital

I keep getting an error message that Digital Adobe has stopped working. Windows is checking for a solution. Then the program closes. Any suggestions?

Hi Karen,

Please uninstall program and create a new test user account and install again.

Once it is installed then switch back to old user account.

Please test this and let me konw if still you get same issue.

Thank you for responding. I have no idea what you are asking me to do though.  Could you please clarify your instructions?  How do I "create a new test user account"? I only have one email address and it seems to me that you are asking me to go to Adobe ID and sign up as a new user again.  This can not be done without a separate email address. Please clarify what I should do.
