Adobe Digitals 2.0 no longer works so I deleted it and installed 3.0 but that doesn't work either

I have been using Adobe Digital Editions 2.0 for about a year or more. It no longer worked so I installed 3.0 but it's not working either. I keep getting a APP Crash.
