Adobe DRM authorization issue on e-reader PocketBook touch lux 3

Hi.

I recently purchased an e-book which is protected by Adobe DRM (Digital Rights Management).

I am using an e-reader called PocketBook touch lux 3.

Firstly I cannot connect my Adobe DRM account with my e-reader. When I try to link my account, I get an error message saying: "activation was failed (E_ADEPT_NETWORK http://adeactivate.adobe.com/adept/ActivationServiceInfo)."

Secondly I am not able to open the book. The reason is because it says I do not have a linked Adobe DRM account.

I have already spoken to several agents on the chat system about this problem, but none could help me. I bought and paid for the book, so would very much like to be able to read it.
