Are there non-cloud versions of Acrobat?

New Here ,

I work under strict NDA's from my clients. I cannot allow any of the documents to leave my control without violating the NDA. As a long time Acrobat user I would like to be able to upgrade to the current version, but cannot accept a cloud based solution.
