I am trying to access an ascm file and I'm getting the error message...
Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem:
E_ACT_NOT_READY
I have tried to erase the computer authorisation but it just says that it is unable to erase authorisation and to try again after some time. I have cleared my history, uninstalled and reinstalled ADE and changed my password but still nothing. The file has come from a reputable source so I know it's ok. I have tried the ADE chat but they simply pointed me here. I'm aware that others have had this problem, has anyone found a solution? TIA.
Have something to add?
